Refund policy
GENERAL DISCLAIMER:
All Crates of Beauty pieces are bespoke and handmade using natural materials. Items may therefore vary in small ways due to their unique craftsmanship. Minute irregularities such as slight colour variances or imperfections should thus not be considered flaws but confirm an items's authenticity. Due to the slow commerce nature of our business, working on lead times for bespoke orders, refunds are not accepted. Exchanges or corrections will however be considered if the item's flaws are deemed legitimate and grievances are raised within 7 days of delivery.
PRODUCTS HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN AND/OR CORRECTION:
- Products on sale or sold for a discounted price do not qualify for a corrections or an exchange.
- Return or correction inquiries need to be made within 7 days from date of delivery to qualify and must not have any visible signs of wear or use.
- Products only qualify for a return if it is still in original packaging and in the original condition it was sold.
- Products do not apply to be refunded if damaged in shipping.
- All local delivery costs on returns within 7 days of delivery will be covered by Crates of Beauty, if deemed legitimate for exchange or correction.
- Crates of Beauty does not carry international shipping costs in any way.
TO INITIATE A RETURN OR CORRECTION PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
- Please email cratesofbeauty@gmail.com with photos of the product(s) within 7 days of delivery.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the original packaging, and shipping label provided
