Shipping policy

Local delivery is set at a flat rate of R350 for purchases under R2,500 and R500 for purchases over this amount. International delivery is available at standard courier rates, invoiced separately and not included in purchase. Clients may liaise their own shipping, or elect for us to invoice. Collection and payment option is available from our V&A Watershed stand in Cape Town. 

Once items are handed over to the courier service provider, clients will be furnished with a tracking number. At this stage liability, damage, or loss during the courier or shipment process will become that of the chosen courier company. It is the responsibility of clients to ensure they provide the correct address and a contactable phone number for deliveries to take place smoothly. 

Local deliveries are usually processed within 3-5 business days, and delivered within 3 business days once the item has been picked up. For manufactured products, note that a lead time of up to 4 weeks can be required for manufacturing. There are estimate time frames and are dependant on external circumstances and third party delivery service providers, distance, and amount of products ordered.
